Fourth- This is one of my favorite parts ever, probably because they used an awesome version of 'this must be the place,' but also because Brad Cromer kills it. Good trick selection, solid spots, and style for miles!
Beauty and the Beast part 4 from Patrick O'Dell's Epicly Later'd is up on VBS!
This episode has more on the time trials, Trujillo talking about quitting skating, and Malto sweeps the AH/Girl draft. So sick...I mean, who can't get stoked on 2 of the raddest teams in skateboarding going on a 3 week camping trip through the parks of the northwest?
Transworld SKATEboarding proudly presents their 21st video "Right Foot Forward" by Jon Holland and Chris Ray. Featuring skating from D.C.'s own Bobby Worrest, L.A.'s two wheeled wing lover Joey Brezinski, San Diego's best kept secret Kellen James, Nor Cal's brutal assassin Corey Duffel, and legendary Portland shredder Matt Beach, who unveils his first full length part since 2003. The name suggests that all the featured skaters are "goofy footed", yet it also reflects the fact that these five guys are moving in the right direction and going to any means necessary to make this one of the best Transworld videos in recent memory.

Following his parts in Alien Workshop 'Mind Field' and The Nike 'Debacle' video's; Grant Taylor is the newest pro for the Alien Workshop!!!
Just wanted to give everybody a heads up that we have Grant Taylors Alien Workshop debut pro deck in-stock and ready to ship. Hope that you saw his video part in the Nike video.....If you haven't please check it out.
Nick Dompierre has it figured out. He's sponsored by his local burrito shop, No Problemo, and has his very own signature hot sauce. I back that. And he's one of the gnarliest skaters ever (Transworld cover????).
Rumor has it that when Nick heard what the 'highest ollie' was at whatever competition a couple months ago, he set up that same height in his driveway and did it no problemo...bad joke? Just watch this.
After seeing this DC welcome video
and this Skateboard Mag Minute
I can't wait to see his part in the REAL video. I mean, if this was his throwaway footage??
Anyway, Nick's signature Thunder truck The Speedway is in stock and ready to ship! A lot of trucks came in earlier this week (purple hollow light, MJ Darkside, Cole White Tiger) and the attached availability is looking good!
One last video clip then I'm going to wrap this up. One of my favorite clips of the Gonz is the Coconut Records video for West Coast. He took some of the clips from Cheryl Duns video, Back World for Words, and made the video. Pretty
awesome!
Hit me up with any questions, have a great weekend, and go skate!
I would say that next to the Marc Johnson Darkside trucks, they are the most popular truck we have right now.
Hollow kingpin? Check. Hollow axle? Check. Lightweight, guaranteed strength and performance? Check. Plus they're made right here in the US of A. You can't go wrong!
Have you noticed that 8 inch boards are the new 7.5? Me too and not everyone has upgraded their trucks from a 145 to a 147 yet, make sure you skaters are on the right size to get the best performance possible.
It's FREE, has tons of videos (Gonz, Busenitz, Donnely...), and the entire Summer Catalog is packed in there. It's seriously one of the best Apps I've ever seen (besides that free dice game) and is a must have for anyone with an iPhone/iPod Touch.
Download it now!!
And even if you don't have an iPhone, the video above is hilarious and definitely worth a watch. Mic-E Reyes!!
After you finish downloading the App and forwarding this to all your friends, check out Beauty and the Beast episode 2.5:
Chris Cole killed the Maloof Cup last weekend and deservingly took home the $100,000 prize. He has so many amazing tricks dialed- switch 3 flip, switch frontside flip, backside 3, kickflip back tail, cab noseblunt...the list goes on.
Chris knows whats up and rides the Thunder Lights with Spitfire 52mm F1 wheels. I'm not the only one backing these things...You can argue with me about them since I've never done a back 3 down Wallenberg or one Skateboarding's biggest contest, but Chris Cole on the other hand...well...you can't argue with that.
If you missed the Maloof Cup, it's still online here
Dennis is my favorite skateboarder and has been for a long, long time. I'm so stoked on all this footage that has been coming out recently and can't wait for the REAL video to come out.
He is a skateboarder in the truest sense of the word. I'll see him around the Mission by himself pushing faster than anyone else, drenched in sweat, and doing trick after trick after trick...it's beyond inspiring.
Real skateboard decks with rebound construction are pretty pimp. I think they were about 2 inches below the record, but they did it on Mission St....which I've been told, is one of the dirtiest/crack filled (no pun intended)/trash filled streets in the city.
Don't think so? Really? Watch this video and tell me otherwise...
That video gets me stoked! The wallride just cruising down the street, the little manual, slappy, and then that kickflip...woo! Tony kills it, that casual style mixed with pure gnar is the best.
Anti-Hero boards are back in stock! All Hail Cardiel, Tony T Rage Bans, Andrew Allen Chug (my favorite), the Booooobs, and more! Anything from a 7.75 to an 8.5 inch deck is in stock for all your Anti-Hero's.
The store is getting a huge shipment from Plan B today and in that is a ton of Silver trucks. I know some are already sold out with people putting them on hold, but if you need some new trucks now's the time to check out the A-Class and the S-Class yourself.
In honor of all the Silver trucks coming in, you get to enjoy this short Ronson Lambert video.
We received some new Dyrdek decks today. The Dyrdek Purple Shark Leisure and Dyrdek Purple Shark Sezyo are both being added to the site today. We were also restocked on the Janoski Daily Use cork cruiser, Gall Schematic, and Dyrdek OG Signature Medium decks.
Now I know what you're thinking, "there's no way a hollow kingpin and axle is going to hold up the same way a solid one does." But let me tell you what, it really does. I've been skating a set since they came out, because I said the same thing, and I have not had one problem with them nor I have seen any come back to DLX.
The kingpins and axles are made of forged steel, which is actually much stronger than your average kingpin. I do not know the exact science behind this, but it's been explained to me a couple times and it completely makes sense. Something about 5000+ pounds of pressure is applied to the metal when they're forged and that makes them a lot stronger. Insane, right?
They are honestly the best trucks I've ever ridden (which sounds cheesy since I'm trying to sell them too...but they are!). Do yourself a favor and find out why Thunders are quickly becoming the #1 truck in skateshop!
If this video from Adidas doesn't make Busenitz your favorite skateboarder and make you want to go outside skate right now...then you're crazy and possibly aren't even alive.
The best thing about that video is that it basically is just a day in the life. Dennis skates like that every day, camera or no camera, and destroys everything in his path skating faster than most people can handle.
